Solid knowledge of Engineering Sector and its industry requirements.
Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure availability, stability, and performance. Configure ERP modules, system settings, workflows, and business rules. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application-related issues. Coordinate ERP upgrades, patches, enhancements, and system maintenance. Manage ERP environments, including development, testing, and production, where applicable. Experience in ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects. Knowledge of processes, incident management, and change management. Familiarity with cloud-based ERP platforms and security best practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills 1) Knowledge ERP systems. 2) Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 3) Good communication and teamwork skills. 4) Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
