Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective property buyers and investors.
- Explain residential and commercial property projects, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities.
- Generate leads through calling, online property portals, social media, and referrals.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate lead records.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with potential buyers.
- Build strong client relationships and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and the Sales Manager for lead conversion and reporting.
- Update daily calling, follow-up, site visit, and sales reports in the company CRM or reporting system.
- Ensure transparent communication and provide accurate project information to clients.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers and candidates with 03 years of experience may apply.
- Experience in real estate, telesales, field sales, or business development will be an advantage.




- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow up consistently, work towards targets, and maintain professional conduct.
- Hindi communication is essential; basic English is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office and attend property site visits when required.
