Responsible for Cisco SD-WAN deployment, migration, optimization, and advanced troubleshooting. The candidate will provide L3 operational support and lead SD-WAN implementation projects.
Mandatory Skills:
- Robust hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN (Meraki/ Viptela).
- Thorough understanding of Cisco SD-WAN architecture and components:
- vManage
- vSmart
- vBond
- WAN Edge Routers (cEdge/vEdge)
- Experience with:
- SD-WAN Overlay Design
- Control Plane and Data Plane Operations
- TLOCs and OMP Routing
- Service VPNs and Transport VPNs
- Application-Aware Routing
- Direct Internet Access (DIA)
- Segmentation and VPN Design
- High Availability and Redundancy
- Strong troubleshooting skills for:
- Control Connections
- OMP Route Advertisement
- Data Plane Connectivity
- Application Performance Issues
- Routing and Policy Issues
- Experience with deployment, migration, software upgrades, and operational support.
- Ability to analyze logs, packet captures, and controller status for issue resolution.
