Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AGM HR to manage the complete HR function of a manufacturing unit, including plant HR, industrial relations, labour law compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the manufacturing plant.
- Handle industrial relations, labour management, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and factory regulations.
- Manage recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce budgeting for plant and corporate positions.
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee welfare activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies,



performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, supervisors, and managers.
- Liaise with labour contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies.
- Monitor HR MIS, absenteeism, attrition, and workforce productivity.
- Lead the HR team and work closely with plant management to achieve organizational objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in plant HR and industrial relations within a manufacturing organization.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and contract labour management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage blue-collar and white-collar employees in a plant setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, steel, cement, mining, mineral processing, or heavy engineering industries will be preferred.
