Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports, salary statements, payslips, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the Finance team for salary disbursement and payroll accounting.
- Manage Full & Final (F&F;) settlements for employees leaving the organization.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, taxation, deductions, and payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll records and employee data.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and related documentation within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, consultants, and inspectors as required.




- Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation of regulatory updates.

Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain employee personnel files and statutory documents.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of statutory registrations, licenses, and certificates.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and management dashboards.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies and compliance procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and Labour Law compliance.
- Experience handling payroll for medium to large organizations.
- Knowledge of payroll software and HRMS platforms.
