Department: Internal Operations, Data & Research Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST, Work mode: 6 days WHO
Experience: Ideally 2–4 years; candidates with 1–3 years may also be considered Reporting to: Chief Growth Officer

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct research on companies, markets, competitors, and industry trends.

- Collect, clean, consolidate, and validate data.

- Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare findings.

- Prepare weekly MIS reports, dashboards, research briefs, and presentations.

- Maintain project trackers with clear owners, deadlines, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams.

- Track deliverables, identify delays, and ensure timely completion.

- Maintain organized datasets, research files, and reporting procedures.





Required Skills
- Practical Excel or Google Sheets skills.

- VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, and data cleaning.

- MIS reporting and dashboard preparation.

- Data analysis and reporting.

- Project tracking and coordination.

- Strong written and spoken English.

- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills
- Market research and company profiling.

- Management reporting experience.

- Familiarity with Zoho.

- Experience in qualified services, EdTech, or a growing business.
