- Contact shopkeepers, dealers, and customers to generate current business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle customer queries.
- Follow up for pending payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Lead, guide, and monitor junior sales team members.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Identify market trends and develop strategies to increase sales.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills required.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime billing and basic computer skills preferred.
Qualification: Graduation preferred
