Vrinda Global is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader with expertise in hiring for Retail Assets, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage, and BFSI Sales roles, along with proven experience managing a large recruitment team.

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI sales hiring.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 20 recruiters.
- Strong expertise in hiring sales professionals for banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies.
- Good understanding of LAP, mortgage, retail assets, and related BFSI sales profiles.
- Ability to drive team productivity, achieve recruitment targets, and ensure timely closures.
- Solid sourcing, pipeline management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities.

Work Location: Work From Home (WFH) or Goregaon, Mumbai Office
