Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Should have working knowledge of the Income Tax Act etc.
- Should have basic knowledge of Goods and Services Tax, Special Economic Zone Regulations, Gujarat local laws etc.
- Evaluating and analyzing the regulations issued by the IFSCA including relevant and applicable regulations, master circulars, notifications issued by the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, etc.] for the financial services players operating out of GIFT city
- Formulate and present a point of view on applicability and implications of the IFSCA regulations regards the potential business models
- Evaluate and analyse the consultation papers / draft regulations issued by the IFSCA including co-ordinating with various external and internal stakeholders for collating and drafting comments.
- Track regulatory updates applicable and relevant for the GIFT city
- Formulate a Compliance Calendar/ Compliance Check Tool and assist with monitoring the same
- Vary good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good drafting and communication skills
