Role & responsibilities

PPC Engineer

- Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC), Production Scheduling, Material Planning, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Coordination.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP or similar manufacturing planning systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reporting.
- Ability to interpret Engineering Drawings, BOMs, Process Sheets, Routing Plans, and Customer Delivery Schedules.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining, precision engineering, fabrication processes, and aerospace manufacturing.
- Experience in downtime monitoring, bottleneck analysis, productivity improvement, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Solid analytical, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Preferred Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC) within Aerospace, Precision Machining, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Machine Shop environments.
- Experience in production scheduling, inventory control, subcontractor management, capacity planning, and customer delivery management.
