Manage 10 Team Members

Job Description (JD)

- Handle inbound & outbound application support calls.
- Resolve critical customer escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RM), Business Development (BD) Team, and all branch offices.
- Lead, monitor, and mentor a team of 10 support professionals.
- Manage and streamline the daily MIS process.
- Plan and oversee logistics for CAMPS execution from HO.

Position 2: Application Support Team Member(Male-Pref)

2+ Years

HO Vadodara / On-Field

(Requires travel to customer locations & branch offices for CAMPS)

Fluent in Gujarati, English, and Hindi (Mandatory)

N/A (Individual Contributor)





- Handle inbound and outbound support calls for clients.
- Log, track, and resolve application & customer queries.
- Coordinate and execute in office support during CAMPS at branch offices or customer locations.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
