We invite students to participate in a two-week live project combining on-ground research, customer insights and business problem-solving.

Project: EV Charging Transaction Failure Analysis & Customer Experience Research

Students will investigate the root causes of failed EV charging transactions and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Through field research and customer behaviour analysis, participants will develop actionable insights and recommendations to improve transaction success rates and customer satisfaction.

Project details

- Duration: Two weeks, starting 26 October 2026.

- Requirement: 10 studentstwo students each from Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai.

- Location: Students must be based in the respective cities,



as the project involves on-ground field research.

- Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students across all academic backgrounds, including management and engineering. No specific qualification or prior experience is required.

- Certificate of recognition: Will be provided to selected students who complete the project successfully.
