About the Role :

We are looking for experienced Senior FLEXCUBE Technical / Functional Consultants with strong hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Islamic Banking and Oracle Banking products. Candidates should have expertise in core banking modules, implementation, functional analysis, technical design, customization, integration, and production support.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle FLEXCUBE Islamic Banking experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with FLEXCUBE 14.x; exposure to versions 12.x-14.x preferred.
- Hands-on experience with OBTF, OBTFPM, OBCL, ELCM, OBBRN, and OBPM.
- Experience integrating Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) with FLEXCUBE.
- Robust knowledge of core banking modules and banking processes.
- End-to-end implementation, customization, integration, and production support experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, systems analysis, and technical/functional specifications.
- Candidates from Oracle FLEXCUBE product backgrounds are strongly preferred.
- Core Banking Domain Expertise :
- CASA and Term Deposits
- Loans, Lending, and Corporate Lendin
- Trade Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and processes.
- Prepare functional, technical, and non-functional specifications.
- Review functional and technical design documents.




- Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, development, testing, and support teams.
- Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or workarounds.
- Support implementation, testing, deployment, migration, upgrades, and production support.
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide updates on delivery status, risks, and issues.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to project teams.

Candidate Profile :

- 5-20 years of experience in FLEXCUBE, core banking, or banking technology.
- Mandatory experience in FLEXCUBE Islamic Banking / relevant Oracle Banking products.
- Strong knowledge of banking processes, core banking modules, and integrations.
- Experience across the complete SDLC and end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidates:

- Professionals with Oracle FLEXCUBE product experience, particularly in OBBRN, OBTFPM, OBPM, OBCL, and FLEXCUBE versions 12.x-14.x.
