About the Role
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires extensive field engagement, relationship building, lead generation, and sales closure activities.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct daily customer meetings and field visits.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
- Prospect SME, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers.
Sales Management
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations.
- Submit proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow-up regularly with prospects to improve conversion rates.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Act as a trusted advisor for customers.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
- Track lead status and sales activities.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
