Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementation and migration projects.
- Manage project planning, timelines, resources, budgets, risks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, functional consultants, technical teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee requirement gathering, solution delivery, testing, UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.
- Track project progress, resolve issues and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Drive stakeholder communication, status reporting and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation or NAV-to-Business Central migration projects.
- Robust understanding of ERP project planning, timelines, resources, risks and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating functional and technical teams, UAT, go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Excellent client communication, problem-solving and project delivery skills.
- Candidates with hands-on Business Central project management experience will be preferred.
