We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Quality Management Specialist to join our team at Hitachi Energy India Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier quality management and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive supplier quality management strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of suppliers to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for enhancement.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corrective actions plans for non-conforming products or services.

- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and customer satisfaction scores.

- Provide training and coaching to suppliers on quality management systems and best practices.





- Ensure all suppliers are aware of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training in supplier quality management are an asset.

- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving results-driven solutions.

- Familiarity with quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2018.
