Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for POS systems across retail stores.
- Troubleshoot POS software, hardware, printers, barcode scanners, and billing issues.
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve sales, inventory, and billing-related issues.
- Ensure smooth POS operations and minimize downtime.
- Assist with POS software updates, testing, and new store openings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in POS retail support or retail IT operations.
- Knowledge of POS applications D-365 and hardware troubleshooting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
