- Handle customer account servicing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and resolve Regulation E disputes in compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare and validate government reporting deliverables.
- Support investor reporting processes with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Banking domain experience (mandatory).
- Robust data analysis skills with ability to interpret and present findings.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in a US Shift and commit to 5 days of office presence.
