Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding PW courses, batches, and academic programs.
- Drive enrollments through inbound and outbound calls, regular follow-ups, and personalized counselling.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, learning needs, and career goals to recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structures, features, perks, fees, and learning outcomes clearly.
- Handle student and parent queries, objections, and concerns effectively to improve lead conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly counselling and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.




- Stay updated on relevant exam patterns, syllabus changes, PW courses, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, counselling, telecalling, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Prior experience in EdTech, student counselling, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment
- Willingness to work from home with a stable internet connection and a functional laptop.
