### Job Summary

We are looking for a client-facing Recruitment Coordinator with experience in US staffing, particularly W2 and C2C hiring models. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate coordination, client communication, and interview scheduling.

### Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment activities for US-based clients and hiring teams.

- Liaise with clients, recruiters, candidates, and vendors for interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.

- Handle W2 and C2C staffing requirements, including candidate submissions, vendor coordination, and documentation.

- Track candidate pipelines, interview status, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and timely status reports.

- Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring processes, submission guidelines,



and turnaround times.

- Proactively resolve scheduling issues and recruitment-related bottlenecks.

- Coordinate with teams operating across US time zones.

### Required Skills & Experience

- 2–8 years of experience in US staffing or recruitment coordination.

- Hands-on exposure to *W2 and C2C staffing models*.

- Experience in client-facing coordination and stakeholder management.

- Good understanding of US recruitment workflows and hiring documentation.

- Excellent communication, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and ATS tools.

- Willingness to work night shifts from the Noida office.
