Key Responsibilities:
Drive regional sales growth and business development.
Identify new business opportunities and manage key accounts.




Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, and infrastructure clients.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, site visits, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, manage sales pipelines, and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in sales and business development, preferably in construction materials, steel products, or infrastructure solutions.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Understanding of project-based sales and regional market development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
