Role Overview

We are looking for a Yardi Developer to build, enhance, and support solutions for property management and real estate operations. The role requires strong SQL development skills, experience with Yardi Voyager, and the ability to translate business requirements into reliable reports,

integrations, and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Yardi reports using SQL, Yardi reporting tools, and SSRS where applicable.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
- Build and support integrations between Yardi and external applications using supported interfaces, APIs, and file exchanges.
- Configure and enhance workflows across property management, leasing, accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Troubleshoot application, reporting, integration, and data issues.
- Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system upgrades.
- Work with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and prepare technical specifications.
- Perform testing, support UAT, and maintain technical documentation.




- Follow Yardi-supported development practices and established change controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Hands-on development and support experience with Yardi Voyager.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience with Yardi custom reporting, including Yardi SQL reports and YSR, as applicable.
- Understanding of property management processes and real estate accounting.
- Experience with interfaces, data imports/exports, and integration troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Yardi RentCafe, CommercialCafe, Procure to Pay, or other Yardi modules.
- Familiarity with residential, commercial, or affordable housing operations.
- Experience with SSRS, Power BI, C#, or .NET.
- Experience supporting client environments and coordinating with Yardi support.
