Hiring: Xceptor – Business Execution Consultant

Role: Business Execution Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Execution Consultant to drive business process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in business execution, implementation, process improvement, or strategic planning, preferably with exposure to Xceptor and other automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage business operations and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities through root cause analysis and evaluation of business and compliance metrics.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to improve business performance and manage operational risks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, governance documents, performance metrics, and presentations for leadership.
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data analysis and business requirements.
- Provide guidance and work direction to junior team members.




- Drive measurable improvements in business processes, productivity, and efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience preferred, in line with the P3 level.
- Experience in Business Execution, Business Implementation, Strategic Planning, or Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with Xceptor or similar automation platforms.
- Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code development and workflow automation.
- Exposure to Digital Automation, Intelligent Automation, and OCR technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, or related data and automation tools.
- Coding or scripting experience is an added advantage.
- Experience in process optimization, business transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Compensation & Location
- Maximum CTC: ₹36 LPA
- Work Location: Bangalore
- Experience Level: P3 – 10+ years preferred
