Responsible for managing daily workshop operations, supervising the service team, ensuring quality service, handling customer complaints, and achieving service targets.

- Manage daily workshop operations.
- Supervise technicians and service advisors.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Monitor service targets and workshop performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and reports.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the automobile industry is mandatory.
- Experience in two-wheeler service operations is preferred.
- Positive leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workshop operations and service teams.
