- Manage and monitor all job cards, ensuring work is planned and executed as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate and assign jobs to the appropriate installation and detailing teams based on workload, skill requirements, and timelines.
- Plan the daily workflow to ensure effective utilization of manpower, workshop bays, and equipment.
- Supervise ongoing work to ensure installations and detailing services are completed correctly, safely, and as per quality standards.
- Track job progress and ensure all vehicles are completed and delivered within committed timelines.
