JD Responsibilities

- Manage core HR processes including employee data maintenance, organizational structure changes, and HR transactions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies through regular audits and reporting.
- Support HR operations by configuring Workday HCM modules to reflect business requirements.
- Generate HR analytics and reports for workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Provide end-user support and training for HR employees and managers on Workday functionality.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Assist in HRIS strategy development and roadmap planning for future Workday releases.
