Required skills
- 6+ years of relevant experience working with Workday HCM and functional configuration.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Workday Security, including security groups, domain security policies, business process security policies, and access controls.
- Solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM and related Workday modules.
- Experience configuring Workday business processes, workflows, approvals, and notifications.
- Ability to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and configuration documentation.
