2. Job Summary
We are looking for a Workday Developer / Workday Integration Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday reporting, security, business processes, integrations, and Workday Extend development.
3. Required Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Development
- Solid knowledge of Workday HCM
- Expertise in Workday Security
- Experience with Business Process Configuration
- Strong understanding of Calculated Fields
- Hands-on experience in Advanced Reporting
- Experience with Workday Extend
- Knowledge of Prism Analytics (Preferred)
- Design and development of Inbound & Outbound Integrations
- Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and Web Services
- Understanding of SSO, OAuth, SAML, and Identity & Access Management
- Exposure to Middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi,
or Informatica is an added advantage
4. Responsibilities
- Develop and support Workday integrations and custom solutions.
- Configure and maintain Workday security and business processes.
- Create advanced reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Develop applications using Workday Extend.
- Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and reporting issues.
- Ensure compliance with security and identity management standards.
