Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Migration Tech Lead to lead end-to-end Windchill migration programs, including assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Windchill migration programs, including assessment, planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
- Define migration strategies for legacy PLM/PDM systems to PTC Windchill.
- Drive data extraction, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
- Lead migration of Parts, Documents, CAD Data, BOMs, Product Structures, Classifications, and Change Objects.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, administrators, and technical teams to ensure successful migration delivery.

Required Skills and Experience :





- 6+ years of experience in PLM implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
- Strong expertise in PTC Windchill PDMLink and core PLM functionalities.
- Hands-on experience in Windchill migration, upgrade, and consolidation programs.
- Experience migrating data from Teamcenter, ENOVIA, Agile PLM, SmarTeam, SAP PLM, or custom legacy systems.
- Robust understanding of Product Structure Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Document Management, and Classification.
- Experience with Windchill Bulk Migrator, Data Loaders, Info-Engine, and Windchill APIs.
