Job Summary

Clover Infotech is looking for a skilled and motivated Windows Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, server monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server operating systems.
- Perform user and group management using Active Directory (AD).
- Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and related services.
- Monitor server performance, availability, and system health.
- Troubleshoot server, operating system, and connectivity-related issues.
- Perform routine server maintenance, patching, updates, and security configuration.
- Manage file sharing, folder permissions, and access controls.
- Assist with server backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Work on incident management and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Coordinate with network, storage, and application teams to resolve technical issues.




- Maintain technical documentation and follow IT security and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

- 14 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of user account management and access permissions.
- Basic understanding of server hardware, networking, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows Server patching, monitoring, and backup processes.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL-based incident management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Understanding of server security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
