Education: BE / B.Sc. / MCA (Science or Engineering background) 3.55.5 years of experience in Windchill development Strong Java, JSP, and JavaScript skills Knowledge of Windchill customization and architecture Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have: Exposure to PLM concepts and PTC tools Experience in Agile or client-facing environments
