Job Summary

Strong experience in Windows Server administration, including server provisioning, configuration, OS hardening, security patching, and day-to-day infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot server issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents; manage incident and problem tickets through resolution and RCA.

- Administer Hyper-V 2012/2016 clusters, including VM creation, configuration, snapshots, failover clustering, and high-availability environments.

- Manage OS patching, security compliance, hardening, backup/recovery, OS reinstallation, and system restoration activities.

- Support OS migrations,



including in-place upgrades and side-by-side migrations, along with server commissioning and decommissioning.

- Manage user access, folder permissions, server inventory, and provide basic IIS troubleshooting and application support.

- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and hardware/software vendors for issue resolution, with solid troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and incident-management skills.
