Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the FMCG industry.

- Conduct field work, visiting retail stores and distributors to promote products and resolve issues.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying current business opportunities and increasing market share.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Job Requirements :

- 4-10 years of experience in FMCG sales or related field (e.g. consumer electronics & appliances).

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.

- Strong understanding of filed sales executive activities, including product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like Excel or similar software.
