- Enter and update product details, prices, descriptions, and images on the company website.
- Maintain accurate product and vendor information in Excel and website databases.
- Upload product listings and ensure all information is correct.
- Coordinate with vendors through phone calls and WhatsApp to collect product details, prices, and other required information.
- Manage customer and product data and maintain proper records.
- Use the internet and AI tools like ChatGPT for basic research, content preparation, and data organization.
- Check website information regularly and correct errors or missing details.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry.
- Positive communication skills for vendor coordination
- Knowledge of ChatGPT and online platforms is an advantage.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
