Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain the official Magma Interiors website at www.magmainteriors.in. The ideal candidate should have experience building professional business websites, secure client portals, role-based dashboards, database-driven applications, and third-party integrations.

The developer will be responsible for delivering a complete, functional, secure, and scalable platform—not just a static website or visual prototype.

Key Responsibilities1. Website Design & Development

- Design and develop a premium, modern, luxury-oriented website aligned with the Magma Interiors brand identity.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop Home, About Us, Services, Portfolio, Projects, Contact, Careers, and Vendor Registration pages.
- Showcase architecture, interior design, construction, renovation, turnkey execution, and project management consultancy services.
- Integrate project galleries, image sliders, project case studies, and enquiry forms.
- Implement click-to-call and WhatsApp enquiry functionality using the official business number: 91 (phone hidden).
- Ensure fast loading, accessible navigation, and a professional user experience.

2. Client Portal Development
- Develop secure client registration, login, and password recovery.
- Allow clients to submit project requirements and upload documents.
- Enable clients to view presentations, approved drawings, BOQs, and other documents specifically assigned to their projects.
- Implement role-based access control to prevent clients from accessing other clients’ projects or internal company files.
- Support document versioning, comments, notifications, and project updates.
- Apply secure document delivery, expiring access links, watermarking, and other suitable content-protection measures.
- Clearly communicate that screenshots and photographs cannot be completely prevented on ordinary web devices.

3. Project Management & Employee Portal

Develop separate, permission-controlled dashboards for:

- Administrator: Manage users, roles, projects, settings, and permissions.
- Project Manager: Create projects, assign teams, manage scope, track progress, and review site requirements.




- Architects & Interior Designers: Upload and update drawings, presentations, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Site Supervisors: Submit daily site reports, attendance, material requests, expenses, and work-progress updates.
- Clients: View only their assigned project information and approved deliverables.

4. WhatsApp & Business Integrations
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API for automated notifications where appropriate.
- Route material requests, site expenses, and project alerts only to the relevant Project Manager or authorized personnel.
- Allow administrators to configure and map supervisors, project managers, and their WhatsApp numbers.
- Integrate Google Maps, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile links.
- Implement lead capture and a centralized enquiry management system.

5. Backend & Database Development
- Develop a reliable backend using an appropriate technology stack, such as React/Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, input validation, and session management.
- Configure file storage, database backups, audit logs, and error monitoring.
- Protect confidential project documents and personal information.
- Manage environment variables, API credentials, hosting, domain configuration, and production deployment.

6. SEO & Digital Marketing
- Implement technical SEO, metadata, canonical URLs, XML sitemaps, and structured data.
- Optimize website content for local searches in Delhi NCR, East Delhi, Shahdara, Vishwas Nagar, and Noida.
- Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and accessibility.
- Set up conversion tracking for calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and website forms.
- Ensure the website follows applicable search engine policies and privacy requirements.

7. Testing, Deployment & Maintenance
- Test all forms, authentication flows, file uploads, permissions, notifications, and integrations.
- Identify and resolve bugs, layout issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance problems.
- Deploy the production-ready website to the designated hosting environment.
- Provide source code, database documentation, deployment instructions, and administrator credentials securely.
- Provide technical documentation, maintenance support, and post-launch bug fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in website development and production deployment.
- Robust knowledge of HTML,



CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with React or Next.js and Node.js or an equivalent backend framework.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or another suitable relational database.
- Experience implementing secure authentication and role-based permissions.
- Familiarity with cloud file storage, REST APIs, WhatsApp Business API, and Google integrations.
- Understanding of technical SEO, web security, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Ability to troubleshoot existing codebases and complete partially developed websites.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing construction, architecture, interior design, CRM, ERP, or project management platforms.
- Experience deploying applications on shared hosting, VPS, or cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and database migrations.
- Experience converting AI-generated prototypes into secure, production-ready applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating completed live websites and web applications.

Deliverables & Acceptance Criteria The successful candidate must deliver:
- A fully responsive and functional Magma Interiors website.
- Working enquiry forms with verified lead storage and notifications.
- A secure client portal with project-specific document access.
- Role-based dashboards for administrators, project managers, designers, supervisors, and clients.
- Functional project documents, drawing revisions, site reports, attendance, and material request workflows.
- Correctly configured WhatsApp notifications and Google integrations.
- Production deployment with SSL, backups, error handling, and security checks.
- Complete source code, setup instructions, and technical documentation.

Important: All deliverables will be tested in the actual deployed environment. A static mockup, demo-only login, non-functional buttons, or frontend-only prototype will not qualify as a completed application.
