Role Description This is a remote, contract Web Developer role focused on building and maintaining web applications that support Arsec’s automation-first product suite.

The Web

Developer will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to implement user-facing features, develop robust APIs, and integrate front-end and back-end components. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, optimizing application performance, ensuring responsive and accessible design, and troubleshooting issues across the stack. The role also involves collaborating on technical specifications, participating in code reviews,



and contributing to continuous improvement of development workflows and architecture.

The Web

Developer will be expected to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions that align with product and business goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in server-side languages, APIs, and database integration.
- Candidates should possess comprehensive Web Development skills, covering full-stack implementation, debugging, and deployment of web applications.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows is beneficial.
- Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility best practices is preferred.
- Understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalable architectures in web environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and communicate clearly with distributed teams is essential.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
