- The Web and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for websites, digital marketing materials, and other brand assets

- Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visually engaging and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital marketing materials using HTML, CSS, and web design tools
- Create compelling and creative graphic designs for online and offline marketing collateral, including banners, brochures, infographics, and social media visuals
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver effective design solutions
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring design elements reflect the organization's visual identity
- Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design concepts and strategies
- Translate complex concepts into clear and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages
- Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers,



and content creators to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience
- Ensure timely delivery of design projects, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables produced by other team members or external vendors
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design software, and technologies to continually enhance design skills and knowledge
- Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field

- Proven experience as a web and graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in web and graphic design
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (eg, SketchFigma)
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and experience in coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks
- Creativity and ability to think critically to develop cutting-edge design concepts and solutions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines
