Company Description Knowledge Plant Academy LLP is an education-focused institution offering PU1 and PU2 programs in Science and Commerce streams, along with specialized coaching for entrance examinations. The academy provides structured preparation for NEET (Medical), JEE (Engineering), CET (multiple professional courses), and CEBA for PU students.

It also supports learners in core Commerce subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, and Economics. By combining academic coaching with exam-focused training, Knowledge Plant Academy LLP aims to help students achieve solid results and secure admission to competitive programs.

Role Description The Admission Head Hokote role is a full-time, hybrid position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with some flexibility for work-from-home. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire admissions process, including counseling prospective students and families, explaining program offerings, and guiding applicants through eligibility, documentation, and enrollment requirements.

The Admission

Head will coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth batch planning, seat allocation, and program onboarding. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, conducting admission presentations, maintaining accurate admission records, tracking conversion metrics,



and implementing strategies to meet enrollment targets. The role also involves building relationships with schools, junior colleges, and local communities to promote the academy’s courses and strengthen its reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Educational Leadership to manage admissions in a multi-program academic environment.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, families, and institutional partners.
- Experience or understanding of Curriculum Development to accurately represent program structures and learning outcomes.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or academic administration, ideally within coaching institutes or PU/JEE/NEET/CET environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Management, Commerce, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with strong organizational, planning, and data management skills.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, communication platforms) and the ability to prepare reports on admission performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to learner success, ethical admission practices, and inclusive, non-discriminatory student engagement.
