Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary customer interface for warranty claims and field quality issues.

- Manage customer complaints, warranty returns, and product failure investigations.

- Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

- Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for issue resolution.

- Track warranty performance, prepare reports, and present updates to customers.

- Ensure timely closure of customer concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Support field quality improvement initiatives and warranty cost reduction.

Requirements

- Diploma/ B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.

- 5-8 years of experience in Warranty, Customer Quality, or Field Quality functions.

- Experience in automotive lighting products (Head Lamps, Tail Lamps, LED Lighting) preferred.

- Solid customer handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good knowledge of 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and IATF 16949.

- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
