Warehouse staff should have experience in warehouse of Chemical plant specially EM & FG store

- Day-to-day monitoring of the activities. regarding the processing of inventory receipts, storage, cycle counting, kitting, pick & pack, and deliveries for all products and related SAP transactions.

- Positive level computer skills Microsoft office (Good excel knowledge, Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.)

- Knowledge of OH&S; in the workplace

- SAP knowledge is must - GRN / Invoice preparation

- Experience in managing the purchase, storage and movement of stock items

- Communicating with suppliers for follow up for given schedule/order

- Communicating with purchasing team for PO updating

- Inform & follow up with User dept. for inspection of material
- In case of any rejection, inform to Purchase department & Supplier’s to return back the material to Suppliers

- Maintain all the documents of Warehouse as per company standards and shall be available as per different auditors’ requirement.

- Co-ordination with Transporter and Planer for truck load management.

- Responsible for continual improvement in 5S and EHS
