Position: Warehouse Manager

Location: Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

Key Requirements:

- Warehouse Operations: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including storage, material handling, inventory control, and dispatch of finished goods and raw materials.
- Inventory Management: Ensure stock accuracy, inventory reconciliation, material traceability, and effective inventory control.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Manage dispatch planning and coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Warehouse Planning: Optimize warehouse space utilization, storage systems, and material movement for operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead warehouse teams, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to operational procedures and safety standards.
- Process Improvement: Implement SOPs, warehouse KPIs,



and best practices to improve efficiency and minimize operational costs.

Desired Candidate:

- Graduate in any discipline with 15+ years experience in managing large Finished Warehouse.
- Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse operations in a manufacturing organization.
- Experience in Packaging Manufacturing, is Must.
- Solid expertise in inventory management, warehouse planning, dispatch operations, and team leadership.
- Experience in managing large teams, implementing SOPs, and driving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
