Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Executive to manage hospital insurance claims, pre-authorization, claim submissions, and reimbursement procedures. The candidate should have good knowledge of hospital management software and insurance-related systems, along with experience handling Government, Railways, and private insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance claim preparation, submission, tracking, and follow-up.
- Process pre-authorization requests for inpatient admissions and treatments.
- Manage claims related to Government schemes, Railways, and private insurance companies.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of claim documents within the prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), Government scheme authorities, and Railway medical departments.
- Follow up on pending claims, queries, deficiencies, and rejected claims.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility, policy details, approvals,



and coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance approvals, claims, and payment status.
- Have good working knowledge of hospital management software (HMS), billing systems, and insurance portals.
- Coordinate with the billing, medical records, admission, and accounts departments.
- Ensure compliance with the procedures and documentation requirements of different insurance schemes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Any degree from a recognized institution.
- Relevant experience in hospital insurance, billing, or claims processing.
- Positive knowledge of hospital software, insurance portals, and computer systems.
- Practical experience in pre-authorization and claim submission procedures.
- Knowledge of Government, Railways, and private insurance claim processes.
- Good communication, coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple claims accurately and efficiently.
