We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our UK clients. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client portfolios, coordinating operational tasks and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in managing client portfolios and operational tasks
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of work
- Maintaining client records, documentation, and reports
- Providing administrative and operational support
- Communicating with clients and handling basic queries where required
- Ensuring deadlines and service standards are met
Requirements
- Fresher or experienced candidates may apply
- Basic knowledge of Excel and accounting/office software will be an added advantage
- Solid analytical, communication, and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Immediate joiner preferred
Working days and Timings : Working days - Monday to Friday
During UK Winter Time (26 Oct - 29 Mar)
1330Hrs to 2230Hrs.(130pm to 1030pm)
During UK Summer Time (30 Mar - 25 Oct)
1230Hrs to 2130Hrs (1230pm to 930pm)
(Break-time: 30 mins.)
Saturday 1000Hrs to 1430Hrs (10am to 230pm)(No Break-time)
Lunch Provided on Saturdays.
Non- working days - all Sundays.
