- Operate tractors safely for factory operations.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods as required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.
- Maintain fuel consumption and trip records.
- Follow traffic rules, factory safety guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Strictly follow SOPs for tractor cleaning, upkeep, preventive maintenance, and daily inspection.
- Ensure timely cleaning and proper maintenance of the tractor to keep it in positive working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues, damage, or maintenance requirements to the concerned supervisor.
Requirements
- 56 years of tractor driving experience.
- Valid driving licence as applicable.
- Knowledge of basic tractor maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety instructions.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
