Job Title: Technical Facility Manager / Assistant Technical Facility Manager / Facility Engineer

:

- Manage daily facility operations, engineering teams, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, HVAC, UPS, fire safety, plumbing, and MEP systems.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance as per the 52-week PPM schedule.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, audits, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage service tickets, SLA/KPI, maintenance budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment reports, and daily/monthly MIS.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for uninterrupted facility operations.

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

- Facility Manager: 8-12 years
- Assistant Facility Manager: 5-8 years
- Facility Engineer: 3-6 years

Required Skills: MEP Operations, Preventive Maintenance, Vendor Management, Safety Compliance, SLA/KPI, and MIS Reporting. Preferred Industry: Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Commercial Buildings, and Integrated Facility Management.
