- Handling end to end recruitment from Sourcing to Offer Generation & Onboarding
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job Portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience
