The Shimla Nut Co. is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to independently manage daily store operations, inventory, billing, and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and supervise sales staff.

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and daily sales records.

- Use Tally for accounting, purchase entries, sales records, and expense tracking.

- Manage stock entries, stock movement, and inventory reconciliation.

- Record incoming stock, supplier purchases, and product returns.

- Handle POS billing software and maintain accurate product prices and barcodes.

- Monitor daily cash collections, UPI/card payments, and closing balances.

- Prepare daily and monthly sales, purchase, and inventory reports using Excel.

- Coordinate supplier orders and ensure sufficient stock availability.

- Manage corporate and bulk gifting orders, customer enquiries, and delivery coordination.

- Maintain stock records by product, quantity, and purchase cost.





- Assist with GST invoices and accounting documentation.

- Ensure high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant retail management, accounting, or inventory experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic bookkeeping.

- Experience with POS billing and inventory management software.

- Ability to independently maintain daily sales, stock, and cash records.

- Positive organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Prior experience managing a retail or FMCG store preferred.

- Commerce background preferred, but practical experience is more important.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the store's daily operations and maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
