Key Responsibilities:

- Handle online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.

- Communicate with customers professionally and provide product information.

- Follow up with potential customers and generate sales opportunities.

- Manage online tasks, customer data, and enquiry records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, follow-ups, and sales status.

- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order updates.

- Perform regular data entry and other online business activities.

Required Skills:

- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
