Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage warehouse operations, stock, storage, and dispatch.
2. Monitor raw material requirements and inventory levels.
3. Handle procurement, supplier coordination, and price negotiation.
4. Inspect raw material quality, quantity, moisture levels, and sand content.
5. Maintain stock records, purchase orders, and inventory reports.
6. Coordinate with production and logistics teams.
7. Conduct stock audits and minimize material wastage.
8. Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety standards.
9. Calculate raw material (RM) quantities and accurately determine deductions for moisture and sand content to calculate net payable weight and usable material.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, procurement, or raw material management.
- Practical knowledge of RM calculations, including moisture percentage, sand content, and corresponding weight deductions.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, inventory management, and quality inspection.
- Manufacturing or biomass industry experience preferred.
