Shiv Narayan Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell high-end jewellery products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell premium gold and diamond jewellery products to customers.
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery designs and products.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Explain jewellery designs, diamond quality, product specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and design teams to meet customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations,
negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally, if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and high-end jewellery products is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Qualified attitude, confidence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and email.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes, if required.
